* The activity of savi-collection.com continues but, exceptionally and due to the current situation derived from COVID19, the usual delivery times agreed with the different logistics operators may be altered, causing occasional delays.

GENERAL INFO

All orders except those to be customized are prepared and shipped within a maximum of 3 working days. Given the current situation due to Covid-19 and the measures we take in our warehouse, it may take a little longer than usual for orders to be dispatched.
All our deliveries are made from our logistics centre in Barcelona. Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery location for different areas and are calculated automatically.
When we have sent your order, the courier company in charge of delivery will send you a link with which you can track and, if necessary, modify the delivery of your order.
During promotional periods, shipping costs may be free. These and other promotions will be clearly indicated in our online shop. Remember that, if you subscribe to our Newsletter, you will also enjoy these and other advantages exclusively when they are active
We didn't send: The Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Gibraltar.

What is the cost and estimated delivery time of the shipment?

The cost and estimated delivery time of the shipment will be calculated at the time of purchase, based on the selected destination.

Shipments to Spain: Delivery in 2-3 working days from the moment the product leaves our warehouse (free for purchases over 80 euros).

Europe: Delivery in 2-6 working days from the moment the product leaves our warehouse (free of charge for purchases over 150 euros).

Rest of the world: Delivery in 1-5 working days from the moment the product leaves our warehouse (free of charge for purchases over 180 euros).

Sometimes shipments to countries outside the EU may incur additional fees and taxes, which in any case will be the responsibility of the buyer. We undertake to carry out the necessary steps and prepare the documentation for the corresponding customs management.

SAVI COLLECTION does not assume any responsibility when the delivery of the Product is not carried out as a consequence of the data provided by the User being false, inaccurate or incomplete or when the delivery cannot be carried out due to causes beyond the control of the shipping company, assigned for this purpose, such as the absence of the User or the retention of the Product in Customs.
