Can I return the purchased products?

The right of withdrawal consists in cancelling a contract by returning all or part of the purchased goods (customized products cannot be returned) to our offices, the return shipping costs being borne by the Customer. This must be done within 14 calendar days of receipt of the goods. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please fill in the following form and send it to us at: [email protected].

What is our return/exchange policy?

Any unopened product can be returned up to 14 days after delivery (except for personalized products). Please note that the product must be in exactly the same condition (new) as you received it. Pack the product in the original package and in the same way it was delivered. In case the product has been used, it may suffer a depreciation for which the customer is responsible.

How long does it take to process my return?

Once we receive the package your refund will be processed within 7 working days. When this transaction has taken place, you will be notified by email at the address you have provided.

After the refund has been issued, you will have a maximum of 6 business days to have the funds returned to your credit card, Paypal account or bank account.

I received the wrong product

We strongly believe that as a customer, you should check that the item you receive is the correct one and that it is in perfect condition. If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact our customer service ([email protected]) and we will contact you as soon as possible to resolve the issue.

How can I change or cancel my order before it has been received?

Warranty and repair policy

All our accessories are subject to the warranty conditions for consumer products provided by law. Accordingly, if any problem occurs with a Savi Collection product due to manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, Savi Collection will replace or repair it, at its option, subject to the warranty terms and conditions set forth herein. This warranty applies only to the first purchaser or gift recipient of the Product.

This warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not cover damage caused by misuse (such as transporting unusual items), neglect, accident, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acid and ordinary wear and tear. Improper or incorrectly performed maintenance or repair work voids this warranty.

To make use of the warranty, it is essential to present the original receipt or order number of the purchase. The Quality Department will determine whether or not the problem is covered by the Savi Collection warranty. If the warranty applies, you will be informed whether the Product will be repaired or replaced. The repair or replacement will be at Savi Collection's expense, including the cost of returning the repaired or replaced Product. If the Product is to be replaced but is not available, Savi Collection will consult whether to replace it with a similar product or to exercise its right of return and refund equivalent to the amount paid.
